PRINCE2 Agile® Project Management
PRINCE2 Agile® has been developed with a two-tier qualification structure. PRINCE2 Agile Foundation training course is designed for individuals who are new to PRINCE2 and are working in or around an agile project environment. The course covers an overview of PRINCE2, an introduction to agile and how to apply the two together. The PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam aims to gauge your knowledge and recall of the PRINCE2 Agile® method. The purpose of the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner qualification is to demonstrate that you can apply and tailor PRINCE2 Agile® in a scenario situation.
The new guidance and training helps experienced PRINCE2® team members tailor management controls for agile development, while helping 'agilistas' understand PRINCE2® governance requirements.
